An Old Wardrobe Returning Home

In the Exhibition Gallery on 2/F, a wardrobe is newly displayed. This wardrobe is one of the wedding gifts of Winnie Choa and Ho Sai-kit, Ho Kom Tong's eldest son, when they married in 1915. The wardrobe was then used in the room of their children (near the present location). After the sale of Kom Tong Hall in 1960, the wardrobe continued to be used by the Ho family. With generous support from Mr Ho Hung-tik, son of Ho Sai-kit, this wardrobe is donated to our Museum. It is now back to her original location that witness time changes.
