This programme introduces Chinese intellectuals who fled to Hong Kong during two political upheavals in modern China and fuelled a phenomenon that not only saved Chinese culture, but also contributed to Hong Kong's social, cultural and education development.

The History of Hong Kong: Trading North and South

This programme introduces the operation and development of the Nam Pak Hong trading association and the shops around Bonham Strand, Bonham Strand West and Wing Lok Street from the mid-19th century onwards, which helped turn Hong Kong into the important trading port that it is today.

The Grand Funeral (Cancelled)

This documentary recorded the solemn ceremony of the Grand Funeral held on 1 June 1929 to transfer the coffin of Dr Sun Yat-sen from Beijing to the Dr Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Mount Zijin, Nanjing, during which nationals paid their respects to Dr Sun.
